Tension headaches are due to contraction (tightness) of the muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw. They are often related to stress, depression, or anxiety. Overworking, not getting enough sleep, missing meals, and using alcohol or street drugs can make you more susceptible to headaches. Foods that can trigger a headache include chocolate, cheese, and monosodium glutamate (MSG), a flavor enhancer. People who drink caffeine can have headaches when they don't get their usual daily amount.

Other common reasons lead to a tension headache include performing an activity that causes you to hold your head in one position for a long time (like using a computer, microscope, or typewriter), sleeping in a cold room or an abnormal position, overexerting yourself, clenching your jaw or grinding your teeth.

okay, now i know where my headache came from.
it's just a combination of probably everything listed above.
i've been sleeping so little these days it's really quite taxing.
what's worse is, things arent actually working out to lighten the load, so to speak.

quotidian encounters with the ones are actually making me think a lot, a lot, a lot.

and then i'll run far away,
i need to take a holiday,
maybe it's a fall from grace.

i cant really believe i'll be attending school every single day of my life, until the 22nd of Nov.
i just cant.
it's really taking such a toll on me, i reeaaally wanna stop schooling.
school's robbing me of my sleep, i feel so zombified.
honestly, i've been feeling quite terrible,
and i wonder if it's the deadly monthly pms.
i hope so.
but even if it is, i still believe reality cant run away,
and whatever extant, i believe and take to be happening.

im so tired physically and spiritually.
i need a rest.

and that's the story of the heart; at 12:47 AM
